Wayve is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer specializing in Data and Orchestration to join their innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and orchestration systems that underpin the company’s autonomous driving technology. Collaboration with data scientists and other software engineers is essential to implement scalable, efficient data processing solutions that support both real-time and batch data workflows.

Your responsibilities include optimizing data workflows for maximum efficiency and reliability, contributing to the overall architecture of data systems, and ensuring data security and compliance across all processes. You will also participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to uphold high engineering standards and facilitate continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • Extensive experience in building data pipelines and orchestration systems using modern tools and frameworks.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Deep understanding of data storage solutions, including both SQL and NoSQL databases.
