The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer in Instrumentation, your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, maintaining, and improving the instrumentation framework and associated tools. You will gain valuable insights into modern GPU hardware and software systems, leveraging this knowledge to create flexible frameworks that support diverse user needs. Your work will directly influence the performance and efficiency of GPU products used in mobile, embedded, and automotive applications.
Daily activities involve participating in all phases of software development, such as designing, coding, debugging, estimating tasks, testing, and documenting your work. You will also conduct code reviews to ensure quality standards are met and work closely with hardware and software teams to facilitate seamless integration of instrumentation features. Understanding the requirements of different teams and inventing innovative solutions to meet their needs will be key to your success.

Our GPU Engineering team develops media processing hardware and software for various industries, including mobile, embedded, and automotive sectors. Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with profiling tools, either using existing solutions or developing custom tools.
- Deep expertise in C and C++ programming, with the ability to design and optimize complex software architectures.
- Exceptional debugging and problem-solving skills, capable of resolving highly complex software and system issues.
- Understanding of computer architecture, embedded systems, and hardware-software interactions.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of GPU architecture and graphics pipelines.
- Familiarity with graphics APIs such as OpenGL ES and Vulkan.
Additional Information
