In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing customized data architectures that align with each client’s unique business objectives. You will work closely with customer teams to understand their technical environments, challenges, and goals, providing expert guidance and strategic advice throughout the project lifecycle. Your technical demonstrations and best practice recommendations will help clients optimize their use of Snowflake’s platform.

Supporting the sales process, you will contribute technical insights during client engagement and pre-sales discussions, helping to showcase the value of Snowflake’s solutions. You will also assist in onboarding new clients, configuring their environments, and ensuring smooth deployment and integration processes. Troubleshooting complex technical issues that arise during implementation or post-deployment will be a key part of your responsibilities, requiring prompt and effective problem-solving skills.

To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in solution engineering or a related technical field, with a strong understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and cloud data platforms. Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar platforms, along with proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data integration, is essential. Excellent communication skills are necessary to clearly convey technical concepts and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including global enterprise clients.
