Senior Solutions Architect Overview

Join Celonis as a Senior Solutions Architect, where you will play a pivotal role in deploying containerized solutions within customer environments. As a key member of our project teams, you will serve as the primary technical contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring successful implementation of Celonis features such as process mining, execution management, and task mining.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical stakeholder for the successful delivery and onboarding of Celonis solutions for enterprise clients.
• Lead technical discussions to evaluate customer architecture, propose optimal solutions, and facilitate the deployment process while managing expectations within technical constraints.
• Identify and eliminate technical barriers to enhance user adoption of Celonis, addressing technical risks and necessary compromises.
• Encourage the reuse of solutions by selecting between tailored customer solutions and broader platform enhancements in collaboration with the product development team.
• Establish real-time data integrations between customer systems and Celonis using APIs and internal tools.
• Provide guidance to customers on best practices for authentication, user/group management, and provisioning to facilitate user adoption.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years focused on deploying and managing containerized applications on Kubernetes.
• Advanced knowledge of at least one specific Kubernetes distribution such as Amazon EKS, Azure AKS, or RedHat OpenShift.
• Eligibility for UK Security Check (SC) clearance is required; having existing clearance is a significant advantage.
• Strong understanding of best practices for deploying, scaling, and maintaining highly available, secure, and resilient containerized applications on Kubernetes.
• Proven experience with infrastructure as code (IaC), particularly with Terraform; familiarity with Helm or Kustomize is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with additional tools such as ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Ansible is advantageous.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) is beneficial.
• Interest and experience in modern technology stacks and methodologies, including REST/SOAP API management, data ingestion and streaming (e.g., Kafka), SSO, LDAP, IT security, and Agile practices.
• Experience in working with Python, SQL, data pipelines, and ETL processes for handling large data volumes is a plus.
• Knowledge of security and compliance issues related to enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated project management skills and a strong customer-centric approach, with a proven track record of working effectively with clients.
