Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Sales Consultants to serve as the data security subject matter expert, supporting discovery, competitive positioning, objection handling, and driving technical wins in deals where data security is a critical factor.
• Lead hands-on workshops on Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and AI-driven data risk assessments, working with senior security and data teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Build and deliver tailored product demonstrations showcasing Zscaler’s data security platform, including features like AI-powered data classification, automated DLP, and DSPM management tools.
• Manage Proof of Concept (PoC) projects from initial scoping through technical execution, presentation of results, and responding to RFIs and RFPs focused on data security solutions.
• Create and share technical assets such as demo environments, discovery playbooks, and competitive battlecards to support sales efforts.
• Represent Zscaler at industry events across the UK as a thought leader in data security, and serve as a bridge between sales teams and product engineering to communicate customer needs and feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in pre-sales roles, particularly in selling security or networking solutions directly or in high-touch environments.
• Experience with Data Protection technologies such as DSPM and DLP, web security, and value-based selling in complex organizational structures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI-driven data classification, automated DLP, DSPM, or AI security governance controls.
• Previous work with Zscaler or similar solutions in the Data Protection space.
• Deep understanding of SaaS platforms, regional compliance standards, and partner ecosystem collaboration.
