LogicGate is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Account Manager to serve clients across the EMEA region, focusing on delivering exceptional support and strategic guidance for their Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business and technical needs, and ensuring they derive maximum value from the platform through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing optimization.

The successful candidate will act as the primary technical liaison, assisting with platform integrations, configurations, and customizations tailored to client requirements. They will coordinate with internal teams such as product development, support, and sales to address client concerns and facilitate seamless communication. Regular client check-ins, training sessions, and webinars will be part of the responsibilities, aimed at empowering clients to use the platform effectively and confidently.

Monitoring client health metrics and usage patterns will be essential to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and success. The role also involves staying up-to-date with product updates and industry trends to communicate the platform’s evolving value proposition. Contributing to the creation of best practices, documentation, and knowledge base resources will support both client success and internal knowledge sharing.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in technical account management, customer success, or a similar role within SaaS or enterprise software sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of governance, risk management, compliance processes, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Technical expertise in platform integrations, APIs, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with clients across various industries, especially within the EMEA region.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a self-driven attitude.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the EMEA region are advantageous.
  • BachelorĂ¢??s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related fields.
