The Role and Responsibilities
The Senior Technical Architect (Privacy) will work closely with clients to lead discovery sessions, advisory engagements, workshops, and expert discussions. Your primary task is to understand client objectives, constraints, stakeholder landscapes, and desired outcomes, then translate these into actionable recommendations concerning privacy processes, data management, platform integrations, and operational models. You will explain various solution options, including dependencies, trade-offs, and scalability considerations, at appropriate levels of detail for both technical and executive audiences.
You will assess clientsâ?? readiness for privacy initiatives, identify barriers to adoption, evaluate process maturity, and suggest pragmatic next steps. Deliverables include current-state assessments, future-state architecture recommendations, reference models, process guidance, and reusable patterns. Building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients is essential, as is effective communication with technical teams and leadership.
Collaboration is key; you will partner with internal teams such as Customer Success, Product, Sales, Support, and Professional Services to ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes. Your role also involves capturing recurring client needs to inform product development, create enablement content, and develop playbooks or reference architectures. You will maintain clear boundaries by providing strategic guidance and product expertise, enabling clients or partners to implement solutions independently.
Candidate Profile and Experience
Ideal candidates will have over five years of experience in consulting, technical advisory, or customer success roles involving problem-solving and solution design. A robust technical background in enterprise SaaS, systems, data, workflows, APIs, and architecture is essential. The candidate should demonstrate a consultative approach, with strong communication skills and the ability to connect business goals with technological solutions.
