Fractile is seeking a Senior Verification Engineer to join their team in either Bristol or London, UK. Key Responsibilities

• Engage actively in the development of high-quality ML/AI integrated circuit products intended for data center applications.
• Collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines, including modeling, system architecture, and RTL design, to ensure the highest functional quality of RTL releases.
• Contribute to discussions regarding specifications, architecture, and related workflows to maintain a shared understanding of a functionally correct product across the company.
• Drive improvements in verification practices to enhance tape-out quality and reduce costs.
• Utilize a software mindset to address hardware challenges and contribute to the evolution of hardware development.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in high-performance delivery organizations, particularly in pre-silicon RTL verification.
• Strong programming skills in Python or another object-oriented language such as C++.
• Understanding of digital hardware concepts and the ability to read and debug RTL in SystemVerilog.
• Familiarity with debugging waveforms and a willingness to apply UVM or a strong software background, even without extensive RTL experience.
