Service Analyst Overview

As a Service Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting healthcare professionals around the world, ensuring they can provide exceptional care to their patients. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams and engaging with NHS and government leaders to enhance patient care. You will also manage the launch of innovative products and address complex customer issues.

No prior experience is necessary for this position, making it an excellent opportunity for recent graduates. You will be involved in key meetings with senior NHS leaders and contribute to a variety of projects, gaining valuable insights into the healthcare sector.

Your role will also involve assisting in the creation of reports that gather essential data for NHS England management and payment initiatives, as well as developing performance monitoring reports to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements. Additionally, you will participate in internal and external ISO audits to maintain adherence to ISO standards and company policies.

To qualify for this position, you should have a predicted degree classification of 2:2 or above, along with A levels or equivalent qualifications.
