Capgemini, a leading global provider of business and technology transformation services, is seeking a Senior Service Management Consultant to join their team. As part of Capgemini Invent, the role involves working within the Cloud Advisory team, which focuses on helping organizations adopt cloud technologies to foster new business models, accelerate growth, ensure compliance, and reduce environmental impact.
Role Overview
The Senior Consultant will lead initiatives to enhance service management capabilities, including designing and delivering processes and operating models based on ITIL v4, DevOps, and Agile principles. The role involves guiding clients through modernization of their service frameworks, covering governance, skills, culture, tooling, and organizational structure, utilizing SIAM and Lean methodologies to optimize multi-vendor environments and maximize ITSM tool investments for cloud integration.
Key responsibilities include defining strategic roadmaps for migration from on-premise to hybrid and multi-cloud environments, embedding automation and AI into service management processes to improve efficiency, and contributing to practice development and business growth through proposal writing, client engagement, and thought leadership activities.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive practical experience in designing and implementing service management frameworks aligned with ITIL v4, including optimizing ITSM tools and automating processes.
- Strong client-facing skills, with experience in business case development, commercial processes, and supporting business development efforts.
- Proven success in leading advisory projects, managing teams, and influencing stakeholders within complex organizational structures.
- Knowledge of cloud centers of excellence, SIAM, hybrid/multi-cloud environments, DevOps, CI/CD, Lean, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience working in consulting or industry sectors with a service management background, with a track record of proposition development and delivery.
