Your Role
As a Senior Service Management Consultant within Capgemini Invent, you will be part of our Cloud Advisory team, which is a segment of the broader Business Technology division. This team focuses on guiding organizations in adopting cloud technologies to foster new business models, accelerate growth, ensure compliance with regulations, and reduce environmental impact.
Your responsibilities include leading the design and delivery of advanced service management capabilities, aligning processes with ITIL v4, DevOps, and Agile practices to promote innovation, agility, and cost efficiency. You will advise clients on transforming their service frameworks by addressing governance, skills, organizational culture, tooling, and operational models, applying SIAM and Lean principles to optimize multi-vendor environments and maximize ITSM tool investments, especially in cloud contexts.
You will define strategic roadmaps and transitional plans to support migration from on-premise systems to hybrid and multi-cloud environments, ensuring scalable and resilient service architectures. Additionally, you will champion automation and AI integration into service management workflows to deliver operational efficiencies and measurable business benefits.
Contributing to practice development, leading sustainable transformation projects, and supporting business growth through proposals, client pitches, and internal initiatives are also key aspects of your role. You will have opportunities for ongoing professional development through certifications, training, and participation in industry events and think-tanks.
