Capgemini Invent is seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow AI & Enterprise Automation Lead in the role of Managing Consultant to join their team. This position involves leading digital innovation and transformation projects centered around AI and automation on the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will work closely with senior clients to develop and implement AI-driven workflows, leveraging capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Control Tower, and Employee Works (MoveWorks).

Role Overview

As part of Capgemini Inventâ??s Business Technology practice, which specializes in technology consulting and transformation advisory, you will help clients craft and execute AI-first strategies that enhance operational efficiency and enterprise autonomy. You will serve as a techno-functional subject matter expert, translating business needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions, and supporting the deployment of AI governance, lifecycle management, and observability tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and shape comprehensive AI and automation strategies aligned with client goals, utilizing the ServiceNow platform.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on AI operating models, governance frameworks, risk mitigation, and compliance issues related to AI deployment.
  • Translate complex business requirements into effective AI workflows and solutions, ensuring they are scalable and sustainable.
  • Design and support the implementation of AI Control Tower systems, including lifecycle management, governance, and observability features.
  • Develop agentic AI workflows that enable autonomous process execution, including use cases involving Now Assist and GenAI.
  • Support the adoption of Employee Works (MoveWorks) to improve employee experience and productivity.
  • Define technical architecture, data integration, and workflow design for AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions.
  • Lead the design of conversational AI applications, enterprise search, and knowledge management solutions to improve self-service capabilities.
  • Contribute to the delivery of end-to-end transformation programs, ensuring high quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Assist in developing AI-enabled target operating models and support their implementation within client organizations.
  • Support business development efforts through proposal writing, RFP responses, and client presentations focused on AI transformation.
  • Participate in thought leadership activities and market-facing initiatives to promote ServiceNow AI and automation solutions.

Candidate Profile

  • 10-15 years of experience in technology-enabled transformation or consulting, with a focus on digital and AI projects.
  • Strong experience with the ServiceNow platform, ideally with multi-module exposure.
  • Hands-on experience with AI, GenAI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture, data management, and system integration principles.
  • Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI principles, and ethical AI deployment practices.
  • Experience designing workflows and automations to optimize business processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engaging with senior leadership and clients.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and translate them into strategic business outcomes.
  • Experience in proposal development, sales support, and thought leadership activities.
  • Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
