Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced ServiceNow AI & Enterprise Automation Lead to join their team as a Managing Consultant. This role involves leading enterprise-wide AI strategies and digital transformation initiatives using the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will advise senior stakeholders on AI operating models, governance, risk, and compliance, translating business needs into scalable AI-enabled workflows. Key responsibilities include designing and supporting the deployment of AI control systems such as the AI Control Tower, implementing agentic AI workflows with capabilities like Now Assist and GenAI, and supporting the adoption of Employee Works (MoveWorks) and conversational AI solutions to enhance employee productivity and self-service options.
The role requires contributing to end-to-end transformation projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and governance, and developing architectures for data, integrations, and workflows necessary for AI solutions. The candidate will also participate in business development activities, including proposal writing, client pitches, and developing new AI-related offerings and accelerators. Thought leadership and market engagement are also part of the role.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have between 10 and 15 years of experience in technology-enabled transformation or consulting, with significant hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, preferably across multiple modules. They should have a strong background in AI, automation, and digital transformation programs, with practical experience in AI, GenAI, conversational AI, and enterprise architecture. Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI principles, and workflow automation is essential. Excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to communicate technical concepts to business leaders, and experience in proposal development and sales support are also required.
