Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced ServiceNow AI & Enterprise Automation Lead to join their team as a Managing Consultant. This role involves leading enterprise-level AI and digital transformation initiatives using the ServiceNow platform, advising senior stakeholders, and designing innovative AI-enabled workflows. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert in both technical and functional aspects of AI, automation, and ServiceNow implementations, helping clients realize AI-driven business value and autonomous enterprise operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic roadmaps for AI adoption and digital transformation leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Provide expert advice to senior leadership on AI operational models, governance, risk, and compliance issues.
  • Translate complex business needs into effective AI-enabled workflows and solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Design and support the deployment of AI governance systems, including lifecycle management and observability features like AI Control Tower.
  • Implement agentic AI workflows that enable autonomous process execution and support GenAI use cases across various workflows.
  • Define data architecture, integration points, and workflow structures necessary for AI-powered ServiceNow solutions.
  • Support the adoption of Employee Works (MoveWorks) capabilities, including designing conversational AI and knowledge management solutions.
  • Create use cases leveraging conversational AI, enterprise search, and knowledge orchestration to improve employee self-service and productivity.
  • Contribute to the delivery of end-to-end transformation programs, ensuring quality through governance and best practices.
  • Assist in developing AI-enabled target operating models and support their successful implementation.
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, RFPs, and client pitches focused on AI-led transformation.
  • Participate in market-facing thought leadership initiatives and develop new ServiceNow offerings and accelerators related to AI and automation.

Candidate Profile

  • 10-15 years of experience in technology-enabled transformation or consulting roles.
  • Strong experience with the ServiceNow platform, with multi-module exposure preferred.
  • Practical experience in AI, automation, and digital transformation projects, including use case development and deployment.
  • Technical expertise in at least two of the following areas: ServiceNow consulting/implementation, AI/GenAI, conversational AI, virtual agents, enterprise architecture, data, or system integration.
  • Deep understanding of AI governance principles and responsible AI practices.
  • Experience designing workflows and automating processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging senior clients and influencing decision-making.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
  • Experience in proposal development, sales support, and market-facing initiatives.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
