As a Silicon Verification Engineer, you will play a crucial role in transforming complex silicon architecture into reliable AI compute hardware. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the RTL design aligns with the architectural specifications, safeguarding silicon quality before designs progress to physical implementation. This position places you at the intersection of architecture, logical design, and verification, allowing you to significantly influence how issues are identified, understood, and resolved before they incur substantial costs.
Your duties will include planning verification activities, defining coverage goals, generating tests, and diagnosing failures. Additionally, you will work on enhancing shared infrastructure that enables engineers to work more efficiently and identify problems at an earlier stage. The work is technically demanding, with a clear impact on the silicon produced, and you will be instrumental in fostering the discipline, pace, and quality necessary for ambitious AI compute programs at scale.
The Team and Culture
The verification team collaborates closely with Architecture, Logical Design, and Physical Design. The work is shaped by clear plans, coverage goals, test results, and direct technical feedback. You will be expected to take ownership of your work, rely on evidence, and maintain open communication across different sites. The team values proactive individuals who address complex problems early on. Decisions are made based on technical reasoning, shared data, and practical trade-offs, allowing you to lead through your expertise rather than just your title.

- Experience with UVM, SVA, assembly, compilers, Git, or DRMS tools.
- Ability to plan verification work and drive functional coverage to closure.
- Strong debugging skills across RTL, software, and shared verification infrastructure.
- Confidence in SystemVerilog and Python.
- We value transferable skills and diverse experiences, including those returning to the profession after a career break.
