The salary for this position ranges from £50,600 to £78,800, with an additional profit share averaging between £3,500 and £11,250 based on experience and company performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop software solutions across front-end, back-end, and infrastructure.
- Mentor junior developers and assist them in achieving their personal development goals.
- Collaborate with designers and product owners to create innovative technical solutions that meet user needs.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure high-quality technical delivery while maintaining efficiency and value.
- Adapt to new technologies and quickly become effective in unfamiliar tech stacks.
Experience and Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET for both front-end and back-end development.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Blazor, EF Core, Postgres, MS SQL, AWS, and Azure is desirable.
- Strong understanding of best practices in technical architecture and system design.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and changing environments.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
