Role Overview

In this position, you will work closely with researchers to bring their ideas to life in the global financial markets. Our engineers are pivotal to our success, utilizing cutting-edge technology and immense computing power to predict future market movements. The primary technology stack includes C# and Python, deployed in our own data centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, well-architected software solutions with a strong understanding of architectural principles.
• Take full ownership of projects from initial concept through to delivery.
• Demonstrate proficiency in algorithms, data structures, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Show an interest in quantitative finance and understand the role of engineering in this field.
• Effectively prioritize tasks to deliver measurable impacts on the business.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software engineering with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Strong knowledge of C# and Python, particularly in a production environment.
• Experience in developing trading systems that are reliable and performant.
• Ability to build and optimize modeling capabilities for quantitative research.
• Familiarity with simulation frameworks for back-testing trading strategies.
• Experience in creating user-friendly research tools for quantitative researchers.
• Skills in enhancing performance and scalability of trading and research systems.
