Internship Overview

This summer internship, designed for outstanding students, runs from June to September 2027. It can be based in Milan, London, Madrid, or Warsaw. Interns will be entrusted with meaningful work that reaches customers and offers rapid learning opportunities that are difficult to match elsewhere.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop impactful software solutions, taking full ownership from idea conception to deployment, creating systems used by millions and evolving them into scalable products.
• Embed advanced AI tools directly into the development process, including design, implementation, testing, and documentation, to accelerate progress while maintaining high standards of correctness and reliability.
• Work across diverse technology stacks, making informed decisions on technology choices such as monoliths, microservices, gRPC, REST, Kubernetes, Docker, Python, and Rust, focusing on depth and purpose rather than trends.
• Continuously seek to simplify complex systems by questioning existing architectures, pipelines, and codebases, aiming to build more scalable, maintainable, and straightforward solutions.

• Strong reasoning skills, capable of solving complex problems based on relevant knowledge, approaching challenges from first principles, and paying attention to important details.
• Highly ambitious with a proactive attitude, demonstrating initiative, effort, and persistence, and feeling a deep sense of responsibility for their work.
• Excellent team spirit, willing to support colleagues selflessly, support the best ideas regardless of origin, and be reliable, honest, and transparent.
• Proficiency in English, with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills.
