Applicants must be enrolled in their penultimate or final year of study and able to commit to a full-time internship lasting between 13 and 17 weeks, starting in May, June, or July 2027.

  • Availability to work full-time in the UK for the internship duration.

Internship Responsibilities

Interns will work on projects vital to Google’s operations, contributing to the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software solutions. They will collaborate with diverse teams, automate routine tasks through scripting, analyze data to identify optimal solutions, and apply their academic knowledge to solve real-world problems. Depending on the team, interns may focus on software engineering or site reliability tasks, such as troubleshooting, automation, monitoring, and infrastructure development.
