Requirements

What we're looking for

• Experience in DO-178B/C and DO-278 processes.
• Familiarity with ECSS or other equivalent standards.
• Experience with PikeOS or similar platforms.
• Practical use of VectorCAST or equivalent verification tools.
• Knowledge of C/C++, Python, and Linux.

Languages

• Technical English for documentation and communication.

The role

Metrica is looking for a Software Verification and Validation Engineer with practical experience in critical software, including the preparation of certification evidence and artifacts, for a large-scale project.

What you'll do

• Integrate and test critical software modules in embedded and real-time systems.
• Perform V&V activities at unit, integration, and system levels.
• Generate and maintain certification artifacts.
• Maintain traceability between requirements and tests.
• Prepare test procedures and reports.
• Participate in the resolution of problems and defects during verification and integration.
