As a Solutions Consultant, your role involves partnering closely with Account Executives to shape the vision for prospective and current clients, showcasing Pigmentâ??s capabilities through customized product demonstrations, and helping clients overcome planning challenges. You will work to understand clients’ current planning hurdles, assist in defining their strategic goals, and develop tailored solutions that extend their existing planning frameworks, supported by success stories and proof points. Conducting workshops with key stakeholders to establish a shared vision for planning, reporting, and collaboration processes is a key part of your responsibilities. You will also present solutions to executive audiences, ensuring alignment and buy-in, and collaborate with teams across Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to enhance overall customer experience and product offerings.
The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing or managing enterprise planning or modeling software, or pre-sales experience in Enterprise Planning Management or Business Process Management. A background in finance, supply chain, or related fields is preferred. You should possess excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels. Strong analytical skills in business analysis and financial modeling within industries such as CPG, retail, or life sciences are important. Troubleshooting skills, adaptability to fast-paced environments, and willingness to travel up to 25% are also required.
