Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Solution Implementation Manager to oversee projects within the UK and Ireland market. This role involves leading the deployment of our Connected Planning platform, which is powered by a unique deterministic calculation engine and advanced AI features. The successful candidate will have a proven history of managing complex, high-stakes implementations, particularly within areas such as Supply Chain, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Workforce Planning. You will operate at the intersection of delivery and strategic advisory, working closely with both customer and internal teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of Anaplan implementations, coordinating efforts between internal teams and external partners to deliver projects successfully.
• Establish strong governance, define project scope precisely, and proactively identify hidden assumptions that could impact outcomes.
• Maintain a solid understanding of project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and billing, to ensure projects stay within financial targets.
• Act as the primary contact for project delivery, aligning expectations with stakeholders from operational managers to C-level executives.
• Navigate complex programs, balancing scope, risk, budget, and resources to achieve seamless delivery.
• Identify potential bottlenecks early and facilitate critical decision-making related to design, testing, timelines, and change management.
• Negotiate effectively to resolve conflicts, maintain momentum, and unify teams around common goals.
• Implement the ‘Anaplan Way’ methodology, ensuring solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and highly intuitive.
• Provide transparent reporting on project status and overall portfolio health to leadership and clients.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience managing large enterprise programs or projects, with a focus on successful delivery.
• Deep expertise in Agile project management practices, with a proven ability to execute fast-paced implementations.
• Experience in recovering and realigning projects led by external vendors or partners.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Strong understanding of project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and billing processes.
• Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while maintaining quality and adherence to scope and timelines.
• Domain knowledge in Supply Chain, FP&A, or Workforce Planning is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams, risk management, and organizational change initiatives.
