Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, designing and validating scalable technology solutions for the Finance department.
• Translate complex finance business requirements into actionable solutions that support digital transformation.
• Lead technical discovery and solution design, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical constraints.
• Own the architecture for Finance Department systems, focusing on risk reduction and performance improvement.
• Document architecture processes and integration patterns for the Finance team.
• Validate the feasibility of proposed solutions and ensure compliance with established standards.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to analyze requirements and prepare architecture documentation.
• Facilitate technical discovery sessions and architecture workshops.
• Establish architecture standards and best practices across transformation initiatives.
• Provide technical consulting and act as an escalation point for design disputes.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment between business and technology.

Qualifications

• Experience in roles such as Solutions Architect or Technical Consultant, preferably in finance or SaaS environments.
• Extensive software development experience with hands-on engineering across modern platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of software architecture and experience in designing scalable systems.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms and architecture patterns.
• Proficiency in at least one major technology stack (e.g., .NET, Java, Python, Node.js).
• Experience with architecture documentation methodologies.
• Understanding of pre-sales and solution shaping activities.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication skills in business-level English.
