As a Solutions Consultant supporting enterprise accounts, you will work closely with the Sales team and other cross-functional teams to develop and implement consultative strategies that highlight the value of Figmaâ??s offerings. Your role will involve leading technical discussions, conducting product demonstrations, and designing solutions that help customers achieve their objectives, thereby playing a vital role in driving revenue and growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Articulate the vision of the Figma platform and assist customers in understanding its value through engaging product demonstrations and presentations.
• Support the Sales team by addressing inquiries related to the Figma platform and demonstrating how it can expedite digital product delivery.
• Manage the customer IT and Security relationship throughout the deal cycle, including responding to security questionnaires, RFIs, and RFPs.
• Collaborate with Product and Support teams to identify opportunities for enhancing account security through new features and influence the product roadmap.
• Design and scale technical sales initiatives, facilitating discussions and connections among customers, sales, and product teams.
• Create insightful content that engages customers and internal stakeholders regarding the Figma platform.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance skills and execute daily tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in sales engineering or solutions consulting within a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to adapt to new technologies quickly and manage competing demands from customers while balancing business needs.
• Experience in technology presales, successfully establishing success criteria and leading evaluations.
• Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem.
• Strong communication skills suitable for diverse audiences, with a talent for delivering engaging presentations and product demonstrations.
• Experience in front-end development or the developer lifecycle.
