Currently, there is an opportunity for a Solutions Engineer based in London, United Kingdom, to join their dynamic sales team. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to design and implement tailored technical solutions that meet specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and present technical solutions that align with customer requirements, ensuring smooth integration with existing Cisco systems.
• Partner with sales teams to understand client needs and craft compelling technical proposals, demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
• Provide expert technical support during the sales cycle, including product presentations and evaluations.
• Assist clients in troubleshooting complex technical issues related to Cisco products and solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain current knowledge of Ciscoâ??s latest technologies and industry trends to provide informed advice and solutions.
• Create technical documentation, best practices, and share knowledge within the team to foster continuous improvement.
• Engage in customer meetings, workshops, and training sessions to strengthen relationships and promote Cisco solutions.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a solutions engineering, technical consulting, or similar role, ideally within networking or IT sectors.
• Deep understanding of Cisco products, networking protocols, and related technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with sales teams, technical staff, and clients.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly valued.
• Experience with cloud services, virtualization, or automation tools is advantageous.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
