Role Overview

As a Solutions Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deliver tailored technical solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients. You will work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements, translate these into effective technical proposals, and support the sales process with product demonstrations and proof-of-concept presentations. Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting complex technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Cisco’s latest offerings and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical solutions that align with customer needs, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements and craft compelling technical proposals and demonstrations.
• Provide expert technical support during sales cycles, including product presentations and evaluations.
• Assist clients in resolving complex technical challenges related to Cisco products and solutions.
• Maintain current knowledge of Cisco technologies, industry developments, and competitive solutions to effectively advise clients.
• Create technical documentation, best practices, and training materials to support customer success and internal knowledge sharing.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in a solutions engineering, technical consulting, or similar role, ideally within networking or IT solutions.
• Deep understanding of Cisco’s product portfolio, including networking, security, collaboration, or data center solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in analyzing customer needs and developing customized technical solutions.
• Experience in delivering technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept projects.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are preferred.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
