Currently, the company is seeking a Solutions Engineer based in London, United Kingdom, to join their dynamic sales team. This role involves designing and delivering technical solutions that meet customer needs, working closely with sales professionals to develop proposals, and supporting clients throughout the deployment process.

The Solutions Engineer will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing expert guidance on Cisco products and solutions, and troubleshooting complex technical issues to ensure successful implementation. Staying up-to-date with the latest Cisco technologies and industry trends is essential to effectively advise clients and position solutions competitively. The role also includes creating technical documentation and training materials to support ongoing customer success and internal knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver technical solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand client requirements and translate them into effective technical proposals and demonstrations.
• Provide expert guidance and support throughout the sales process, including product presentations, proof of concepts, and technical evaluations.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Cisco solutions.
• Stay informed about the latest Cisco technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position solutions and advise clients.
• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, training materials, and best practices to support ongoing customer success and internal knowledge sharing.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in a solutions engineering or technical consulting role, preferably within networking, security, or related IT fields.
• Strong understanding of Cisco products, networking protocols, and enterprise IT architectures.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and clients to identify needs and develop customized solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
• Relevant technical certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or similar are highly valued.
• A bachelorâ??s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
