Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver tailored technical solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand client requirements and translate them into effective technical proposals and demonstrations.
• Provide expert guidance and support during the pre-sales process, including product presentations, proof of concepts, and technical evaluations.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to Cisco products and solutions.
• Stay current with the latest Cisco technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively advise clients and internal teams.
• Participate in technical training sessions and contribute to the development of best practices and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a solutions engineering or technical consulting role, preferably within networking, security, or related IT fields.
• Strong understanding of Cisco products, networking protocols, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering practical, effective solutions.
• Relevant technical certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
