Your expertise will be vital in troubleshooting complex technical issues, ensuring clients achieve optimal system performance, and providing technical demonstrations to showcase Cisco’s solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Develop tailored technical solutions that meet customer requirements and facilitate seamless system integration.
- Work with sales teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical proposals.
- Support the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of Cisco products and services.
- Assist clients in resolving complex technical issues to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase Cisco solutions.
- Maintain current knowledge of Cisco technologies and industry developments.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills and team knowledge.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in a solutions engineering, technical consulting, or related technical support role, ideally within networking or IT infrastructure sectors.
- Deep understanding of Cisco products, networking protocols, and related technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication abilities for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or similar are preferred.
- Experience supporting enterprise clients is a plus.
