Currently, we are seeking a talented Solutions Engineer based in London, United Kingdom, to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their technical needs and delivering customized solutions that leverage Cisco’s extensive product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to grasp their technical challenges and requirements, offering tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
• Develop and deliver compelling technical demonstrations and presentations to showcase Cisco’s solutions and capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for technical enhancements and support strategic sales initiatives.
• Assist clients during the deployment and integration phases of Cisco solutions, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.
• Provide ongoing technical support and guidance throughout the sales process and after the sale is completed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cisco’s latest technologies, products, and industry trends to effectively communicate their value.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate with engineering teams to resolve problems efficiently.
• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, proposals, and sales support materials to aid the sales process.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or a related role, ideally within networking or IT infrastructure sectors.
• Deep understanding of Cisco products, networking protocols, and associated technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to design and present technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Experience in deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting network solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or similar are highly valued.
• A bachelorâ??s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
