Solutions Engineer, EUI Overview

As a Solutions Engineer at TikTok, you will play a crucial role in helping our external clients and partners succeed in leveraging our platform. This position involves identifying and addressing challenges by designing and implementing effective solutions, while prioritizing client success and collaborating across various teams to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with client engineering teams from specific industries, managing and driving a collaborative engineering roadmap.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify business opportunities that align with advertisers’ objectives.
• Develop and deliver new products and customized end-to-end solutions in partnership with Ads product engineering teams.
• Influence product development roadmaps to address and resolve business challenges.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in delivering production-quality code.
• Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C/C++.
• Strong ability to convey technical concepts to audiences without a technical background.
• Experience collaborating with various stakeholder groups, both internally and externally.
• Demonstrated understanding of API and backend system design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in advertising technology with a focus on large volume data analytics.
