Solutions Engineer / Sr. Solutions Engineer – EMEA Overview

LogicGate is seeking a talented Solutions Engineer or Senior Solutions Engineer to join their team, focusing on delivering tailored technical solutions within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) space. This role involves working directly with clients to understand their risk management needs and translating those into effective platform implementations and integrations. The Solutions Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment, troubleshoot technical issues, and support client onboarding and training processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop customized technical solutions that align with client requirements, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and workflows.
• Engage with clients to gather detailed needs and translate these into technical architectures and configurations.
• Assist in deploying and configuring LogicGateâ??s risk management platform, optimizing performance and user experience.
• Provide ongoing technical support during implementation, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client goals.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies to enhance solution offerings.
• Create technical documentation and conduct client training to facilitate platform adoption and understanding.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience as a Solutions Engineer, Systems Engineer, or similar role, ideally within GRC, risk management, or compliance sectors.
• Strong technical expertise in system integrations, APIs, and data management.
• Experience with cloud services, databases, and no-code/low-code platforms is highly advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the skill to convert client needs into technical solutions.
• Effective communicator, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.
• Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred.
