Amazonâ??s Prime Video team is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the operational accounting activities in the APAC region. Key Responsibilities

• Support various aspects of the accounting and reporting processes.
• Take ownership of end-to-end processes to assist finance and business partners.
• Assess the effectiveness of internal control designs and create new processes and controls for evolving business activities.
• Make informed decisions to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Lead projects, provide accounting guidance, and act as the primary contact for finance and business partners to resolve issues.

Basic Qualifications

• Proven experience in creating process improvements through automation and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, lead, and implement opportunities for improving, automating, standardizing, or simplifying finance or business tools and processes.
• Possession of ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Experience with monthly close cycles, periodic financial reporting, and analytical analysis, along with knowledge of various GAAP accounting standards including US GAAP and IFRS.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech startup or complex corporate environment.
• Proven track record of addressing multiple complex operational and accounting challenges.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Experience with Oracle systems.
