Role Overview

As a Graduate Electronic Engineer intern, you will work within a project team, receiving guidance and support to enhance your skills. Your responsibilities will include engaging in RF/digital design, software or firmware development, and signal processing algorithm design across various platforms.

Core Responsibilities

• Design high-performance electronics, including digital, RF, and analogue components.
• Manufacture devices designed for extreme environments.
• Create software applications and GUIs using languages such as C, C++, Java, Javascript, or React.
• Develop FPGA-based digital signal processing applications using VHDL.
• Work on software and/or firmware development for various target devices, including FPGAs, ARM processors, GPUs, and microcontrollers, typically using VHDL or Verilog.
• Design signal processing algorithms and perform mathematical modeling.

Qualifications

To qualify for this internship, you must have obtained or be predicted to obtain a 2:1 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Maths, Physics, or Computer Science.

Contract Details

The internship is set to commence on June 21, 2027, and will last for a duration of 12 weeks, concluding on September 10, 2027.
