Summer Internship Software Developer Overview

The Summer Internship for Software Developers at TPP offers an exciting opportunity for university students in their penultimate year to gain hands-on experience in software development. Interns will work closely with experienced developers on a variety of innovative projects aimed at enhancing healthcare technology.

During the internship, which typically lasts between 8 to 12 weeks, participants will engage in the full software development lifecycle. This includes scoping new projects, designing, developing, and deploying software solutions. Interns will have the chance to contribute to projects such as:

• Development of iOS and Android applications for patients and clinicians.
• Technologies that support public health initiatives and clinical trials.
• Creation of a new platform for sharing clinical tools.
• Integration with Appleâ??s HealthKit.
• Utilization of Artificial Intelligence in healthcare applications.

To qualify for this internship, candidates must be in their penultimate year of university, with a predicted degree classification of 2:1 or above. Additionally, applicants should have achieved AAA at A-level, including an A in Mathematics.

Interns will receive a monthly stipend of £2,500 and can expect a flexible internship duration with adaptable start dates. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
