Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage material plans to support engineering builds from concept to prototype.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, and Operations to prevent delays during critical build phases.
  • Identify and mitigate supply risks, shortages, and inventory challenges before they impact project timelines.
  • Coordinate with Procurement to secure necessary materials and monitor supplier commitments.
  • Utilize data analysis and planning insights to facilitate new product introduction (NPI) and prototype development.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of five years of experience in supply chain management, ideally in the high-tech sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting Engineering, R&D, lab operations, prototype builds, or NPI initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the capability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including skills in VBA, data modeling, automation, and ERP systems.
  • Experience in sourcing hardware products is essential.
  • Open to candidates with diverse experiences, including those returning to the workforce after a career break.
