Join Armâ??s esteemed Quality Group as a Supply Chain Quality Assurance Engineer, a pivotal role dedicated to ensuring excellence across our worldwide supply chain. This position involves bridging customer expectations with supply chain execution, functioning as an individual contributor working throughout the product lifecycle in collaboration with Armâ??s engineering teams, suppliers, and partners. Your responsibilities will include managing requirements flow-down, leading multi-disciplinary quality initiatives, coordinating relevant stakeholders, and leveraging your technical expertise and collaborative skills to drive impactful actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead joint quality improvement projects across departments such as Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations, ensuring timely and effective completion.
- Interpret customer, product, quality, and regulatory standards, ensuring these are accurately communicated and traceable throughout the supply chain process.
- Act as the main point of contact for Armâ??s customers regarding compliance issues, including managing audits, assessments, questionnaires, scorecards, and other quality-related activities.
- Provide guidance to suppliers and internal teams on the application of APQP, PPAP, and core quality tools like FMEA, MSA, and SPC to maintain high standards.
- Investigate non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and verify that preventive actions are implemented effectively to avoid recurrence.
- Track and report on compliance metrics, delivering assurance reports that inform leadership decisions and bolster customer trust.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers, fostering collaboration and mutual confidence in quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- A degree in Engineering or an equivalent professional background.
- Experience within the semiconductor industry, with a thorough understanding of product lifecycle, manufacturing processes, and supply chain intricacies.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders without direct authority, ensuring project success.
- Experience conducting audits aligned with standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or VDA 6.3.
- Hands-on knowledge of quality tools including APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and PPAP.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences.

- Experience with data analytics, automation, or AI tools applied to quality management, supplier performance, or risk mitigation.
