Bloomberg is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the development and growth of its enterprise AI platform, a key area where AI, enterprise software, and workflow transformation intersect. This role involves defining the strategic vision, managing commercial models, and leading a team of product managers responsible for privacy, capacity, collaboration, and administrative features. The successful candidate will own the product roadmap, ensure integration of security and governance features suitable for regulated financial institutions, and drive adoption across multiple client segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute the strategic direction for Bloomberg’s enterprise AI solutions, ensuring a seamless integration of privacy, capacity management, collaboration, and admin controls into a unified product.
  • Take ownership of the commercial aspects, including pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies for different tiers such as ASKB+, ASKB Teams, and ASKB Enterprise, with full accountability for revenue and profit margins.
  • Lead, mentor, and expand a team of product managers responsible for core components like privacy controls, AI capacity billing, team collaboration tools, and enterprise admin features, maintaining alignment with the overall product vision.
  • Engage directly with enterprise clients to understand their AI deployment needs, translating these into detailed product requirements and overseeing the delivery of solutions that support large-scale adoption within regulated environments.
  • Define KPIs and adoption metrics, utilizing telemetry and customer insights to guide product development and strategic adjustments.
  • Represent the product to senior leadership and clients, communicating progress, strategic direction, and commercial performance to secure buy-in and alignment.
  • Manage the end-to-end commercial model, including tiered subscriptions, capacity-based pricing, and usage billing, ensuring the platformâ??s financial sustainability and scalability.
  • Develop enterprise governance, security, and privacy features such as user access controls, data residency options, audit logs, and content governance to meet strict industry standards.
  • Design how internal teams and external partners collaborate around AI, including shared projects, workflows, agents, connectors, and knowledge management systems.
  • Drive expansion into new market segments like private credit and insurance by identifying opportunities and customizing product offerings.
  • Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to validate concepts, support onboarding, and promote platform adoption and growth.
  • Set and communicate the product strategy and roadmap across teams, ensuring cohesive development and delivery of features across multiple workstreams.

Candidate Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading product initiatives within enterprise software, SaaS, or AI platforms, including managing projects from conception to launch.
  • Strong background in developing and executing commercial and pricing strategies for enterprise or SaaS solutions, with a focus on scalable revenue models.
  • Hands-on experience with AI or large language model-based products, as well as enterprise collaboration tools.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise software administration, governance, security, and compliance, especially in regulated sectors like finance.
  • Proven ability to define product vision and strategy across multiple workstreams, ensuring a coherent enterprise-wide solution.
  • Experience in creating detailed product requirement documents and managing complex cross-functional roadmaps involving engineering, UX, and sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage telemetry, usage data, and financial metrics to inform product and pricing decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and presenting complex ideas clearly.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise clients to understand their needs and validate solutions.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, balancing strategic thinking with execution.
  • Preferred experience includes leading a product team end-to-end, familiarity with Bloomberg’s enterprise offerings, and knowledge of enterprise AI and collaboration solutions.
  • Knowledge of SaaS commercial models, enterprise identity and governance platforms, and enterprise integration technologies such as APIs and connectors.
  • Understanding of financial markets and how regulated institutions evaluate technology solutions.
