With our recent expansion into New York City, we are looking for a dedicated Technical Lead Manager to join one of our innovative technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of around 10 developers, overseeing their day-to-day activities, project planning, and delivery.
• Support the career development of direct reports and assist in the hiring process.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, testers, and product managers, to gather requirements and establish project objectives.
• Participate in the analysis, design, and evaluation of technical requirements with the team.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code primarily in the Go programming language.
• Review and provide feedback on peer code to ensure quality, readability, and efficiency.
• Maintain technical documentation, including software design documents and user guides.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in developing scalable and reliable backend services.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Ruby, Python, C++, Java, or Kotlin.
• In-depth knowledge of databases and messaging systems like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
