Tech Lead Solutions Engineer, EUI Overview

As a Tech Lead Solutions Engineer at TikTok, you will play a crucial role in our Solutions Engineering team, dedicated to helping external clients and partners succeed in their business endeavors. Your primary focus will be on identifying and addressing challenges by designing and implementing effective solutions, while ensuring client success through cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with engineering teams on the client side within specific industries, while managing and directing the joint engineering roadmap.
• Collaborate with sales teams to uncover business opportunities that align with advertisers’ objectives.
• Develop and deliver new products and tailored solutions in partnership with Ads product engineering teams.
• Shape the product development roadmap to address and resolve business challenges.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in producing high-quality production code.
• Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C/C++.
• Strong ability to convey technical concepts to audiences without a technical background.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups, both internally and externally.
• Solid understanding of API and backend systems design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in advertising technology with a focus on large volume data analytics.
