Arm is looking for a Technical Ecosystem Engineer to join their team in Cambridge, UK. This role is pivotal in driving strategic collaborations with key ecosystem partners, focusing on software platforms, system architecture, and AI systems. The position involves working across various domains, including Edge AI, Physical AI, security, and system enablement, impacting a range of Arm-powered devices such as smartphones, large-screen compute platforms, wearables, and IoT devices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with technical partners to foster ongoing collaborations in AI systems, platform software, security, and system architecture.
  • Acting as the primary contact for specific technical workstreams, ensuring productive and focused meetings and discussions.
  • Representing Arm in partner interactions, effectively advancing issues that require alignment or decision-making.
  • Supporting initiatives related to Edge AI and system-level innovations, including on-device AI execution and system performance across various devices.
  • Collaborating with internal technical teams and partners to align on inputs, data, and next steps for active engagements.
  • Monitoring and communicating the progress of agreed actions across partners.
  • Coordinating with multiple teams within the organization to ensure efficient responses to partner requirements.
  • Assisting in planning and tracking joint technical projects and task forces, ensuring transparency and effective teamwork.
  • Contributing to initiatives that promote the adoption of Arm technologies within the broader ecosystem.

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A solid understanding of software platforms, system architecture, AI systems, or security, gained through relevant technical roles.
  • Experience in coordinating technical work across multiple engineering teams.
  • A background in contributing to partner or cross-company technical collaborations.
  • The ability to independently manage daily execution while seeking guidance when necessary.
  • Experience in partner-driven or multi-organization environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML systems, security, or heterogeneous computing platforms is advantageous.
  • Experience in applying program or project coordination practices in technical settings is a plus.
