As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will leverage your technical expertise to lead intricate, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to outline requirements, assess risks, manage project timelines, and maintain clear communication with cross-functional partners throughout the organization.

You will work with teams responsible for physical assets, such as data centers and networks, to identify and recommend optimal infrastructure solutions based on technical criteria, market conditions, and business objectives. This includes partnering with internal teams like cloud engineering, network, security, finance, and legal, as well as external planners and utility providers to execute comprehensive infrastructure strategies.

Your responsibilities will also include analyzing global cloud market trends, such as hyperscale growth and hybrid/multi-cloud adoption, to inform strategic infrastructure decisions. You will translate complex technical requirements into actionable specifications for infrastructure planning and develop new products to meet future infrastructure needs for Cloud and AI expansion.

To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, along with at least 5 years of experience managing technical projects in a changing industry. Experience in data center or network infrastructure planning and negotiations is essential, as is familiarity with financial modeling and cost optimization strategies. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with executive leadership are also important.

The position offers a competitive salary range of â?¬118,000 – â?¬121,000 (EUR), a 15% bonus target, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
