Key Responsibilities
- Manage workflows from inception to completion by defining technical requirements, establishing clear timelines, and setting progress metrics. Use methodologies such as agile, waterfall, and standard project management tools to track dependencies and risks.
- Coordinate efforts across various teams within Google to ensure shared goals are met and critical decisions are made effectively.
- Identify potential issues early and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

- Build external relationships with government bodies, non-profit organizations, and industry partners to support project objectives and operational enhancements.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of five years managing programs within AI research or product teams.
- Experience leading cross-team projects and driving alignment across organizational boundaries.
- Knowledge of AI systems that utilize geospatial data for sustainability applications such as weather, energy, biodiversity, or agriculture.
- Proven track record of managing the end-to-end launch of technologies, including open-source projects, enterprise solutions, and research outputs.
- Preferred experience includes working with AI research teams, understanding large-scale model training and evaluation, and applying project management methodologies like agile and waterfall.
- Ability to leverage AI workflows and tools to improve team efficiency and project delivery.
