Kpler is seeking a dedicated Total Rewards Analyst to join their team in London. This role involves supporting the management and delivery of the company’s global compensation and benefits programs, combining analytical skills with practical benefits administration. The successful candidate will take responsibility for daily benefits activities, participate in compensation benchmarking, and assist with annual reward cycles and market research.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing Kpler’s international benefits programs, ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple countries.
- Handle employee and dependent enrollments, modifications, and benefit inquiries, working closely with People Operations.
- Maintain records of benefits offerings, renewal schedules, and key documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Coordinate insurance renewals, ensuring all data, documentation, and approvals are completed on time.
- Collaborate with brokers, insurers, and benefits providers to resolve operational issues and uphold service standards.
- Support the implementation of benefits in new markets and assist with onboarding new entities.
- Participate in the transition to and ongoing management of Kplerâ??s global benefits broker.
- Review benefit invoices and employee data to support accurate administration and cost control.
- Maintain SOPs, controls, and documentation related to benefits to strengthen governance and reduce key-person dependency.
- Support regional benchmarking efforts to enhance benefits competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist with salary benchmarking, market data analysis, and maintaining accurate market-matching data for annual surveys.
- Help map roles against external market standards and analyze employee compensation relative to salary ranges and internal peers.
- Generate reports on pay ratios, internal equity, and pay gaps to inform HR and leadership decisions.
- Support compensation reviews, merit increases, promotions, and annual pay cycle activities.
- Contribute to compliance efforts related to EU Pay Transparency regulations.
- Conduct research on compensation and benefits in new markets as the company expands globally.
- Prepare detailed analyses and strategic recommendations for HR Business Partners and senior management.
- Ensure the accuracy and auditability of all compensation and benefits data, producing regular reports on costs, renewals, and employee participation.
- Identify data inconsistencies and operational risks, escalating issues as necessary.
- Support the development and maintenance of Total Rewards policies, processes, and SOPs.
- Collaborate with People Operations and Payroll teams to implement compensation and benefits changes accurately and promptly.
Skills & Experience
- Approximately 4 to 8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or a related HR analytical role.
- Practical experience managing employee benefits programs across multiple countries.
- Experience working with brokers, insurers, or benefits providers.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Exposure to compensation benchmarking, salary ranges, and market data analysis.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data accurately.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and operational priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Problem-solving ability to investigate root causes and work independently towards solutions.
- Experience in international or rapidly scaling organizations is advantageous.
