The manager will be tasked with driving daily trading performance to meet ambitious sales and market share goals, utilizing data analytics to optimize key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead a growth category within the Google Store, managing its overall commercial outcomes and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate product launches, sales forecasting, promotional planning, and budget management to support regional growth objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize on-site KPIs through daily trading activities, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and market expansion.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to improve the customer journey, working closely with Customer Care, Operations, and Logistics teams to implement enhancements.
  • Develop and execute innovative programs and initiatives to scale the business across EMEA markets.
  • Lead strategic planning efforts, including campaign development and business reviews, to ensure alignment and achievement of business goals.
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports and presentations for senior leadership, translating complex data into clear narratives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Possess a bachelorâ??s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
  • Have at least ten years of experience in commercial roles within the technology, retail, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in e-commerce, especially in trading, business strategy, or category management within consumer electronics, is highly desirable.
  • Regional retail knowledge and experience working within European markets are advantageous.
  • Ability to operate independently with a strategic outlook in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with a hypothesis-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities, capable of synthesizing complex data into compelling narratives for leadership.
