Join Cisco as a UK&I Sales Enablement Manager focused on supporting our sales teams across the United Kingdom and Ireland. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategies that empower our sales personnel with the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to succeed in a competitive technology landscape. Your efforts will include developing comprehensive training programs, creating sales tools, and collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement sales enablement strategies tailored for the UK and Ireland markets to boost sales effectiveness.
- Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and develop resources that enhance product understanding and sales techniques.
- Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to ensure enablement initiatives support overall business objectives.
- Identify skills gaps within the sales teams and develop targeted programs to address these areas.
- Track and analyze the impact of enablement activities on sales performance, providing insights for ongoing improvement.
- Create and manage sales collateral, presentations, and tools that facilitate customer engagement and sales processes.
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across sales teams to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to keep enablement content relevant and innovative.
Candidate Requirements
- Significant experience in sales enablement, sales training, or related roles within the tech or software sectors.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices, especially in B2B environments.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and measure program effectiveness.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and cross-functional partners to drive strategic initiatives.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud computing, or enterprise software markets is a plus.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
