Role Overview

As an Undergraduate Hardware Electronics Engineer, you will work closely with your team to make recommendations on electronic product content for avionics systems. You will optimize hardware and software design concepts, develop sophisticated design processes, and test complex products. This role provides exposure to the entire project lifecycle, allowing you to maintain existing systems while contributing to the development of new technologies.

• Utilize lab equipment and demonstrate a basic understanding of the engineering lifecycle.
• Proactively ask questions and propose innovative solutions to engineering challenges.
• Conduct laboratory tests, capture data, and assess equipment behavior and faults.
• Evaluate new technologies and components for potential integration.
• Engage in circuit and firmware design, including simulation and modeling.
• Perform data analysis and prepare technical reports.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must be on track to achieve at least a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree or a pass at Master’s level in relevant fields such as Electronics Engineering or a related subject combining Electronics with Electrical, Computing, Physics, or Communication.
