Join BAE Systems as an Undergraduate in Human Resources and become part of a global network dedicated to pioneering advancements in defense, aerospace, and security. This 12-month placement, starting in June 2027, will take place at our Warton/Samlesbury location in Lancashire, where you will engage in a variety of HR functions.

Role Overview

In this role, you will support the Human Resources department by ensuring that people-related processes and systems operate smoothly across the business. You will work within either a specialist team or a business partnering environment, contributing to various HR activities that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance to managers on employee relations matters, including attendance, performance, and conduct issues.
• Partner with leaders and employees to identify workforce needs and support business objectives.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development activities to strengthen talent capability.
• Deliver accurate HR processes and ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
• Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and inclusion initiatives that enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you must be on track to obtain at least a 2:2 Bachelorâ??s degree or a pass at Masterâ??s level in any subject.
