This position offers an exciting opportunity to join BAE Systems as an Undergraduate in Human Resources, based at the Frimley location in Surrey. The placement is designed for a duration of 12 months, commencing in June 2027, and provides a competitive salary of £25,900.

As part of your role, you will support and integrate various key HR activities, including Learning and Development, People Development, Performance Management, Resourcing, and Talent Management. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Assisting in HR projects and activities related to recruitment, learning, talent, and employee development.
• Preparing communications, presentations, and reports for colleagues and stakeholders.
• Organizing meetings, events, and team activities to facilitate the delivery of key priorities.
• Building positive working relationships with individuals across different teams and areas of the business.
• Using data and insights to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills, along with a willingness to learn and develop.

The Head Office team at BAE Systems plays a crucial role in supporting teams that provide advanced, technology-led defense, aerospace, and security solutions. This role offers valuable exposure to multiple HR disciplines and opportunities to engage with senior leaders across the organization.

To qualify for this position, candidates must be on track to obtain at least a 2:2 Bachelorâ??s degree or a pass at Masterâ??s level in Human Resources or Business Management.
