Role Overview

This industrial placement spans 12 months, starting in June 2027, and is based in Rochester, Kent. You will engage in collaborative development and supply of technologies or products, working on a variety of commercial and military equipment.

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to develop, validate, and maintain product requirements.
• Contribute to system development using a Model Based Engineering (MBE) approach.
• Create or assist in theoretical analyses and share findings with the team.
• Conduct modeling of behavioral scenarios or system performance to understand system operations and interactions.
• Perform laboratory testing of real-time systems that involve electronic, mechanical, optical, and software components.
